Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal data APS Airparts Support Inc ("APS", "we") handles when you visit this website or contact us through it. This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking technology.
Who is responsible
APS Airparts Support Inc, 1556 NW 89 Court, Doral, FL 33172, USA. Contact for privacy matters: [email protected].
Data processed when you visit the website
When you load a page, the server hosting this website automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and device type. We use this data only to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose errors. It is not used to identify you or to build profiles.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes this data on our behalf.
Data you send us
The quote form on this website does not send anything to a server. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to our sales team, and nothing is sent until you press send. If you send it, or if you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to include (for example your name, email address, company, part numbers and message).
We use that information to answer your request, prepare quotes and manage our business relationship with you.
If you email us a completed credit application, it includes details about your company, its owners and its bank. Our accounting team uses it only to evaluate and manage your credit account, and access is limited to the staff who need it. Send it only to [email protected].
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website’s own domain, not by third parties.
Links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Wikimedia Commons, Creative Commons) take you to those services, which apply their own privacy policies once you follow them.
Legal basis
- Technical data: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
- Data you send us: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (quotes), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who receives the data
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our email provider (Microsoft Corporation), acting on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
International transfers
APS is based in the United States, and data may be processed there. Where data of people in the European Economic Area is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted. Business correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the European Economic Area you may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
